Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at ionitagabriel1217@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Free accounts receive 100 credits every 6 months. Pro accounts receive 100 credits per month. Enterprise accounts receive 500 credits per month.
• Each document generation costs 5 credits. Unused credits do not roll over across refill periods except as displayed in-app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown in checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are stated exclusive of taxes; you're responsible for any applicable sales, VAT, or similar taxes.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You keep all rights to the material you upload and to the documents Docforge generates for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (for example, to generate, store, and export your documents). We don't use your content to train third-party AI models.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit.

The Service uses AI to structure your source material into documents. Output can contain mistakes, omissions, or misinterpretations even when the source is accurate. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document before sharing, publishing, or relying on it, particularly for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical use.

Don't use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Generate content that harasses, defrauds, or endangers others, or that sexualises minors.
• Resell the Service, scrape it, or use it to train competing AI models.
• Exceed the rate limits or credit allotments of your plan through automation or multiple accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service — including the Docforge name, logo, UI, and software — is owned by Docforge and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third parties (including Stripe for payments and the Lovable AI Gateway for model access). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for security or legal reasons. On termination, your documents and account data may be deleted; export anything you need beforehand.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Docforge nor its suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.

You'll defend and indemnify Docforge against third-party claims arising from content you upload, your use of the Service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
