Privacy Policy

Effective July 6, 2026

This page is maintained by Docforge to explain how we handle personal information when you use docaidazzle.com and the Docforge service (the "Service"). It is not a certification and does not create legal warranties beyond what applicable law requires.

1. Who we are

Docforge operates the Service. If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise a privacy right, contact us at ionitagabriel1217@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with email, Google, or Apple, we receive your email address and, for social sign-in, the display name your provider returns.
  • Content you upload. Notes, PDFs, transcripts, audio, and other source material you submit for formatting, plus the documents Docforge generates from them.
  • Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment details on our behalf. We receive subscription status, plan, and the last four digits of the payment method — we never see the full card number.
  • Usage & performance data. Basic request logs, error reports, and anonymized Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) that help us keep the app fast. We do not collect IP address or precise location.

3. How we use it

  • Provide the Service and generate the documents you request.
  • Authenticate you, meter credit usage, and process payments.
  • Send transactional email (receipts, security notices, service updates).
  • Detect abuse, debug errors, and improve performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you upload to train third-party AI models.

4. Subprocessors

We use the following processors to run the Service. Each has their own privacy terms:

  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Lovable AI Gateway — routing prompts to underlying model providers to generate your documents.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection at the network edge.

5. Data retention

  • Account records are kept while your account is active.
  • Documents you create remain until you delete them or your account is closed.
  • Billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
  • Aggregated performance metrics may be retained indefinitely.

You can request deletion of your account and its documents at any time by emailing ionitagabriel1217@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage entries to keep you signed in and to remember checkout state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

  • EEA/UK (GDPR): rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

To exercise any right, email ionitagabriel1217@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, and row-level database security to protect your data. No online service is perfectly secure — report suspected vulnerabilities to ionitagabriel1217@gmail.com.

9. International transfers

Our subprocessors may process your data outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Effective" date above when this policy changes materially, and notify you by email or in-app notice when required.
